Carmel, IN. - ParaPRO LLC, a specialty pharmaceutical company, announced today that Roland J. Bydlon has joined the company as Director of Marketing. Mr. Bydlon will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing and sales strategy for a unique compound currently under development for the treatment of head lice. He will focus initially on market research and facilitating partnerships with members of the life science network in central Indiana.
Mr. Bydlon has over 25 years of experience with small entrepreneurial companies, a large multinational organization and as an officer in the US Navy. He is one of the founders of Integrity Pharmaceutical Corporation, a specialty pharmaceutical company focusing on products supporting OB/Gyn and Urology health care professionals. As Vice President of Marketing he successfully launched a number of prescription and OTC products across the United States. Before that he spent over 10 years at Eli Lilly (www.lilly.com) in various roles in finance, business development and marketing supporting activities in many parts of the world.
